Guarantee and returns
Limited Warranty
Power Queen.de warrants to the original purchaser that all products are rigorously tested by our quality inspectors before shipment and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use.
Warranty period
All LiFePO4 batteries come with a 5 year warranty if used correctly in accordance with the manual. We provide a pro rata warranty against defective performance of products when used correctly and in accordance with the instructions for use.
Power Queen offers accessories (battery charger) 2 year warranty, (MPPT solar controller) 3 year warranty and (solar panel) 1 year warranty. The guarantee applies from your purchase date.
This warranty does not cover negligence or misuse of the battery:
- Damage caused by improper installation; loose terminal connections, undersized wiring, incorrect connections (series and parallel connections) for the required voltage and Ah requirements, or connections with reversed polarity.
- Environmental damage: improper storage conditions specified by the manufacturer, extreme heat or cold, fire or freezing, or water damage.
- Damage caused by collisions.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, under- or overcharging the product, or unclean connections.
- The product has been opened, modified or tampered with.
- The product was used in an application for which it was not designed and intended, including repeated engine starts.
- The product was used in an oversized inverter/charger (any inverter/charger rated at 3500 watts or more) without the use of a manufacturer-approved surge limiter.
- The product is undersized, including air conditioners or similar devices with blocked rotor starting current, but not used with a manufacturer approved inrush current limiting device.
- The product has not been stored in accordance with the manufacturer's storage guidelines, including storing the product in a low battery condition.
30 day money back guarantee
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if the Power Queen product is defective upon arrival or the order is canceled. This only applies to products purchased directly from Power Queen.de were purchased.
Return
After you email us to request a return, we will get back to you within 24 hours. Returns must include all accessories.
Exchange
We can offer an exchange service in the following cases:
-The product is defective and cannot be repaired with spare parts.
-We sent the wrong item.
-We sent it to the wrong address.
Shipping costs
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should depend on the express company you choose.
If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, for this reason the consumer is not obliged to cover the shipping costs.
(1) If the return is due to an error on our part, Power Queen will cover the return shipping costs.
Examples of this are:
-The product is defective and cannot be repaired with spare parts.
-We sent the wrong item.
-We sent it to the wrong address.
-We sent a duplicate order.
Note: If the customer claims that the item is faulty/damaged, they must provide proof before returning the item.
(2) For non-quality-related warranty claims and subjective return reasons, the buyer bears the shipping costs.
(3) For warranty repairs outside the EU (not at the original place of purchase), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping the battery back to our warehouse for replacement.
Power Queen will provide the customer with a prepaid return shipping label and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that for all orders that require special shipping costs, the actual shipping costs for shipping will be calculated and the cost varies depending on the region.
Once we receive an approved return, we will check the condition of the item. If the item turns out to be defective, we will refund you within 3 working days.
