power Queen.de guarantees the first purchaser that all products are rigorously tested by our quality inspectors before shipment and are free from manufacturing and material defects under normal use by the consumer.
Warranty period
All LiFePO4 batteries come with a 5-year warranty when used correctly and in accordance with the manual. We offer a partial warranty for product performance defects when used correctly and in accordance with the operating instructions.
Power Queen offers accessories (battery charger) with a 2-year warranty, (MPPT solar charge controller) with a 3-year warranty and (Solar panel) 1 year warrantyThe warranty is valid from your purchase date.
This warranty does not cover negligence or misuse of the battery:
- Damage caused by improper installation; loose terminal connections, undersized wiring, incorrect connections (series and parallel connections) for the required voltage and Ah requirements, or connections with reversed polarity.
- Damage caused by environmental factors: improper storage conditions specified by the manufacturer, extreme heat or cold, fire or freezing, or water damage.
- Damage caused by collisions.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, undercharging or overcharging of the product, or unclean connections.
- The product has been opened, modified, or tampered with.
- The product was used in an application for which it was not designed or intended, including repeated engine starts.
- The product was used in an oversized inverter/charger (any inverter/charger with a rated power of 3500 watts or more) without the use of a manufacturer-approved surge limiter.
- The product is undersized, including air conditioners or similar devices with blocked rotor start current, but not used with a manufacturer-approved inrush current limiting device.
- The product was not stored in accordance with the manufacturer's storage guidelines, including storing the product in a low battery state.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the Power Queen product is defective upon arrival or if the order is canceled. This applies only to products purchased directly from Power Queen. Queen.de were purchased.

After you send us an email to request a return, we will get back to you within 24 hours. Returns must include all accessories.
Exchange
We can offer an exchange service in the following cases:
-The product is defective and cannot be repaired with spare parts.
-We sent the wrong item.
-We sent it to the wrong address.
Shipping costs
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should depend on the express shipping company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect for reasons on our part, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
(1) If the return is due to an error on our part, Power Queen will bear the costs of the return.
Examples include:
-The product is defective and cannot be repaired with spare parts.
-We sent the wrong item.
-We sent it to the wrong address.
-We sent a duplicate order.
Note: If the customer claims that the item is faulty/damaged, they must provide proof before returning the item.
(2) In the case of warranty claims not related to quality and subjective reasons for return, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs.
(3) For warranty repairs outside the EU (not at the original place of purchase), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the return of the battery to our warehouse for replacement.
Power Queen provides the customer with a prepaid return label, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that for all orders where special shipping costs apply, the actual shipping costs will be calculated and these costs vary depending on the region.
Once we receive an approved return, we will check the condition of the item. If the item proves to be defective, we will refund you within 3 business days.
