The self-heating LiFePO4 battery 12V 100Ah has 2 heating pads installed on both sides, which ensure sufficient heating and more comprehensive protection of the battery.
How do the heating pads work?
Step 1: Connect the battery to the charger. (DC charging voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V, DV charging current > 10 A)
Step 2: The temperature sensors record the battery temperature.
Step 3: When the battery temperature reaches 10℃ / 50℉, the heating will stop and the battery will be charged. (This usually takes approx. 90 minutes from -10℃ to 10℃ /14℉ to 50℉ and approx. 150 minutes from -20℃ to 10℃ / -4℉ to 50℉.)
The lowest operating temperature is -4℉/-20°C
The 12.8V 100Ah Self-Heating Lithium Battery allows you to effortlessly charge your batteries in cold environments, especially with the built-in self-heating pad that can be charged in -4°F/-20°C ambient temperatures can.
If you are looking for deep cycle batteries for RV, outdoor use or use in cold winters, this self-heating battery is the perfect solution for you. Enable low temperature charging without the traditional problems with LiFePO4 batteries.
Intelligent self-heating function
Self-heating Power Queen LifePO4 battery has the upgrade self-heating function based on the previous battery. When the charging temperature falls below 5°C (41°F), the self-heating function is automatically activated. The heater will stop when the temperature reaches 50°F/10°C and the battery will then charge normally. Don't be afraid of the coming winter.
Ultra-safe 100A BMS & 4000+ cycles
Power Queen LifePO4 battery with state-of-the-art battery cells ensures an exceptional lifespan of more than 4000 cycles (100% DOD and 100% SOC) and an extremely safe and stable 100A BMS system with a low discharge rate that enables it to offer a lifespan of 10 years.
Capacity expansion & more energy
Power Queen 12.8V 100Ah Self-Heating LiFePO4 Battery supports a load power of 1280W and can also be connected in parallel & series for larger capacity. Allows expansion to 4R4P to obtain a 48V (51.2V) 400Ah battery bank. Currently, Power Queen's lithium iron batteries provide 20.48 kWh of energy (4P4R), which could be widely used for outdoor, RV and solar systems.

We have introduced these 4 different batteries. Now let's give a quick summary of it.
Each battery has its own size and weight. Of all of them, the Mini is the smallest and lightest. If you place great importance on the size of the battery, for example in a trolling motor, Mini would be your excellent choice.
Of these 4 batteries, only Smart OTCB and Self-heating have the low temperature function. If you live in regions with long winters, batteries with low temperature protection may be a more optimal choice for you.
Unlike alternative batteries, the Mini Pouch uses LiFePO4 battery cells, unlike prismatic LiFePO4 battery cells used by others.
Pouch cells are characterized by flexibility and low weight, making them ideal for portable applications such as mobile devices and power banks. They are often used when space limitations and weight considerations are significant factors for the specific application. Pouch cells also demonstrate a commendable ability to maintain voltage levels and discharge rates even in colder temperatures.
This distinction contributes significantly to the Mini achieving a lighter and more compact design.
Unfortunately, putting these two batteries together would negatively impact their individual lifespan due to their different cells and internal structures.
2. Can these LiFePO4 batteries be used as starting batteries for golf carts?Unfortunately, all Power Queen batteries have been deep cycle batteries. Deep cycle batteries are carefully designed to deliver a constant flow of current over a longer period of time, while starter batteries are specifically designed to deliver a surge of power within a short period of time.
3. Can I charge this LiFePO4 battery with a lead-acid battery charger? Not recommended as it may affect the performance and lifespan of lithium iron phosphate batteries. Read the blog to learn more about charging with lead-acid battery chargers.
Now you know better about the different 4 batteries of the Power Queen 12.8V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery series.
