1. 📦 Shipping guidelines

We deliver reliably to all EU countries as well as Ukraine.
Our shipping policy is based on the German legal requirements – transparent, fair and customer-friendly.

Delivery time: 2-4 working days within Germany and 3-7 working days within the EU via DPD/DHL.

1.1 🇪🇺 Delivery to EU countries

Greek cities (mainland) 30 € per order
Greek Islands 300 € per order

💡 Shipping costs to the Greek islands are calculated separately due to the high logistical costs. You will see the exact costs before completing your order.

1.2 🇺🇦 Delivery to Ukraine

Shipping costs to Ukraine depend on Product type and quantity of the ordered units.
Each product is billed separately – the total costs are calculated as follows: per unit together.

Accessories (e.g. MPPT, charger) 25 €

Example:
Order of 2 × 12V 100Ah batteries + 1 × charger
→ Shipping costs: 2 × 45 € + 1 × 25 € = 115

💡Delivery to Ukraine is handled by our local logistics partners. The stated shipping costs are final and do not include any additional customs or handling fees.

2. ❓ What happens if my package gets lost?

Don't worry – we're here for you!

Power Queen fully insures all orders. Should your package be lost or damaged in transit, we take full responsibility. We will then contact you – you decide whether you want to file a claim. refund or one free replacement wish.

3. 🚚How can I track my order?

All orders are usually shipped on the next working day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
You will receive a shipping confirmation to your email address as soon as the order has been shipped.

4. 🔁 Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

A change of delivery address is only possible within 12 hours after ordering Possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.
