1. Shipping Guidelines

We deliver reliably to all EU countries as well as to Ukraine. We prioritize maximum transparency and fair conditions – for a completely safe shopping experience.

Delivery time: 2–4 working days within Germany and 3–7 working days within the EU via DPD/DHL.

1.1 Delivery to EU countries

Greek Islands 300 € per order

Shipping costs to the Greek islands are calculated separately due to the high logistical costs. The exact costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

1.2 Delivery to Ukraine

Shipping costs to Ukraine depend on Product type and quantity of the ordered units. Each product is billed individually – the total cost is calculated as follows: per unit together.

Please note: Only the following products are available for Ukraine.

Example: Order of 2 × 12V 100Ah batteries + 1 × charger
→ Shipping costs: 2 × 45 € + 1 × 25 € = 115 €

Delivery to Ukraine is handled by our local logistics partners. The stated shipping costs are final and do not include any additional customs or handling fees.

2. What happens if my package gets lost?

Power Queen fully insures all orders. Should your package be lost or damaged in transit, we take full responsibility. We will contact you – you decide whether you want to file a claim. refund or one free replacement wish.

3. How can I track my order?

All orders are usually shipped the next business day, unless otherwise stated on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation to your email address as soon as your order has been shipped. You can track your order on our website using the following link: Shipment tracking

4. Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

A change of delivery address is only possible within 12 hours after ordering Possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at service.de@ipowerqueen.com.
