Power Queen provides you with a voluntary commercial warranty in addition to your statutory warranty rights under German and European law. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain completely unaffected by this warranty.
The warranty terms apply from the original purchase date and exclusively to the original purchaser. In the case of a gift or resale, warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Products exchanged or repaired under warranty do not receive a new warranty period; they remain subject to the original warranty period.

2. Procedure for warranty claims
Please contact us at service.de@ipowerqueen.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours, help you troubleshoot and advise you on the optimal use of the product.
Should a quality issue arise, we kindly request your cooperation with the necessary diagnostic tests. If both parties confirm the problem, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse, we will promptly send you a replacement. The returned device will be inspected and tested by our technical team to prevent future issues.
3.Replacement and refund policy in case of warranty
Under the warranty, Power Queen will primarily provide a replacement for any defective product. If a customer insists on a return and refund for specific reasons, the following conditions apply:

3.1 Calculation of monthly depreciation
The monthly depreciation is calculated according to the following formula:
Monthly deduction = Purchase price ÷ Total warranty months
Calculation example:
A 12V 100Ah battery was used for 299 € Purchased (warranty: 5 years = 60 months). The monthly deduction is:
299 € ÷ 60 months = 4,98 € per month
Will the product be after 18 months returned, the following applies:
Refund amount = 299 € − (18 × 4,98 €) = 209,36 €
The exact calculation is carried out individually by our customer service team, who will agree on the amount with you transparently and comprehensibly.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear or aging (including external appearance and gradual loss of capacity)
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure
- Use outside the intended scope of application, including use as a starter battery, unless the product is designed for this purpose.
- Failure to comply with product manuals, instructions, or safety guidelines
5. Limitation of Liability
Power Queen and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable German and European law. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Statutory liability claims – particularly in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as in cases of injury to life, body, or health – remain unaffected.
6. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Regardless of this guarantee, you as a consumer have the statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days to revoke without giving reasons (Sections 355 et seq. of the German Civil Code). From June 19, 2026, you can conveniently exercise your right of withdrawal via the Cancellation button exercise your rights on our website – in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, without login, directly and easily.
