Warranty terms
This limited warranty is the commercial warranty provided by Power Queen. It grants you certain legal rights. Other rights may also exist, which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Warranty conditions: The warranty period begins on the original purchase date. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. In case of gifting or resale, warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Batteries replaced or repaired under warranty do not receive a new warranty period; they remain subject to the original warranty period.

Procedure for warranty claims
We will address your request within 24 hours, help you troubleshoot, restore normal battery operation, and advise you on the optimal use of the product.
Should our product not function properly, we kindly request your assistance with the necessary battery tests.If both parties confirm that there is a quality issue, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please return the affected battery to our designated warehouse. As soon as we receive it, we will send you a replacement immediately.
Please contact us at service.de@ipowerqueen.com For further information regarding returns. Once the returned battery has been received, it will be inspected and tested by our technical team to better understand the problem and prevent it from happening again.
30-day return policy
Power Queen covers the shipping costs for returns due to the following reasons: defective product, delayed shipping, or damaged packaging. For returns for all other reasons, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Replacement and refund policy
Power Queen provides a replacement for every defective product. If a customer insists on a return and refund due to special circumstances, the following conditions apply:

Calculation of depreciation
The monthly depreciation fee is calculated as follows:
Monthly deduction = Purchase price ÷ Total warranty months
Order cancellation
The buyer can cancel the order at any time before it is processed. If the order cannot be canceled before processing, the buyer must try to contact the logistics department and inform them that the package is being refused.
If the refusal of the package is unsuccessful after following the steps mentioned above, the buyer can initiate a return in accordance with Power Queen's return and refund policy.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear or aging (including external appearance and gradual loss of capacity).
Damage caused by improper use, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure.
Use outside the intended scope of the product, including use as a starter battery when the product is not designed for that purpose.
Failure to comply with product manuals, instructions, or safety guidelines.
Limitation of liability
Power Queen and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
