1. 30-day return policy without giving reasons
We offer you a 30-day return policy From the delivery date – that's more than twice as long as the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The statutory right of withdrawal is fully included in our 30-day return policy. You therefore automatically benefit from the full statutory protections. (Sections 355 et seq. of the German Civil Code) – and, moreover, from our extended customer promise.
1.1 How to exercise your right of return

1.2 photos or videos
You do not need to submit photos or videos to exercise your right of return. However, if the return is due to a product defect, we would appreciate it if you would voluntarily send us photos or videos of the defect – this helps us to quickly assess and resolve the issue.
1.3 Return shipping costs
- Return for personal reasons (e.g. no longer needed, incompatibility, bad purchase or change of mind):
- Standard packages: The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
- Large-volume goods (not suitable for DHL parcel shipping): Power Queen organizes a GLS collection service and covers the associated collection costs.
- Defective product, delayed shipping or damaged packaging: Power Queen covers all return shipping costs.

1.4 refund
Upon receipt of your return request, we will process the refund immediately on business days. The amount will be refunded within [timeframe]. 7 days Credited to your account – depending on your payment provider.
Please return the product complete, with all accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging. Missing parts or damage not attributable to a product defect may affect the refund amount.
Return for personal reasons
- Return by the customer: You will receive a full refund.
- Return using the return label provided by Power Queen: The refund amount will be reduced by the applicable return shipping costs.
Return due to product defect
If the defect is confirmed, we will refund you. full purchase price No deductions. Power Queen covers all shipping costs.
2. Return after 30 days
Returns are generally not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. However, if you wish to return an item for specific reasons, please contact our customer service team at [phone number/email address]. service.de@ipowerqueen.com. We will review your case individually.
If a return is exceptionally approved after 30 days, the following conditions apply:
- The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
- It will be a monthly depreciation calculated on the purchase price.
2.1 Calculation of depreciation
The monthly depreciation is calculated using the following formula. Partial months are counted as full months:
Refund amount = Purchase price − (Purchase price ÷ Warranty months) × Months used
Calculation example: A 12V 100Ah battery was used for 299 € Purchased (warranty: 5 years = 60 months). The product was used for 40 days (= 1 started month):
299 € − (299 € ÷ 60) × 1 = 299 € − 4,98 € = 294,02 €
The exact calculation is carried out individually by our customer service team, who will agree on the amount with you transparently and comprehensibly.

3. Return process
3.1 Standard packages
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return label. Simply take the package to your nearest DHL Parcel branch or DHL Parcel Shop – no further effort required.
3.2 Heavy or bulky goods
For products that cannot be shipped via DHL Parcel due to their weight or dimensions, we will arrange a GLS collection service for you. 4. Order cancellation
4.1 Cancellation before shipment
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at service.de@ipowerqueen.com. We will mark the order as "not shipped" and initiate the cancellation immediately. Special orders with shipping delays can also be cancelled, provided you contact us before shipment.
