This is supposed to be a storage facility for our PV.
2x 25.6v a 100Ah connected in parallel for 200Ah.
This storage should only be charged with excess and will be discharged again at night.
The first battery was purchased at the end of December last year to test the system. A second one was added at the beginning of this year.

Maybe the system will be built again to catch more overnight.

The two 25.6V 100Ah batteries were delivered individually and extremely well packaged 3 days after ordering.
An English and a German operating manual were included in the scope of delivery.
The majority of the nomenclature used in the English operating instructions can also be found in the instructions for the solar controller and the inverter.
I put the two batteries into operation according to the operating instructions and finally connected them in parallel.
I read the current data (PV, battery and load output) from the solar controller with a Raspberry Pi and write it into a time series database.
This means I can perfectly monitor the charge and discharge values.
I adopted the recommended battery parameters from the operating instructions for the solar controller settings.
I feed the inverter via the programmable load output of the solar controller.
So far the batteries are behaving as expected.

I charged the battery with 10 A. With a set maximum voltage of 28.8 V. The BMS switched off at just 28.2 V. I then applied 30 A (3 heating elements 25 V / 10 A) for about 3.5 hours. Even in the last 30 minutes, the battery voltage remained above 25 volts. All I can say is: Great! Hopefully I won't be able to report on the number of charge-discharge cycles until 10 years from now.

I now have the 2nd battery 25 a few weeks apart Bought .6 V 100Ah and connected in parallel. The batteries are evenly charged with electricity, which indicates a balanced internal resistance. At night it supports my balcony power plant and everything runs great. I can't say much about large current draws from the batteries, as I use 100 watts for 12 hours a day. The price-performance ratio is top for me.

I bought the battery to power my balcony power plant in less sunny places days to support. Excess PV power is used to charge the battery. The battery has a stable voltage and charging is also problem-free. I tend to work with lower powers (up to 200W) and therefore can't notice any drops in performance or heating of the battery. All attempts to cover these things with old lead batteries were short-lived and just wasted time. I'm already thinking about connecting a second battery in parallel...

The solar modules are so oversized that the process should work well even in winter.
